  • 16 Round Steaks (3/4”)
  • 5 Sirloin Steaks (3/4")
  • 4 Round Steaks (3/4")
  • 2 Arm Roasts
  • 4 Chuck Roasts
  • 2 Rump Roasts
  • 2 Sirloin Tip Roasts
  • Soup Bones (~5 lbs.)
  • Brisket (~7 lbs)
  • Ribs (~11 lbs)
  • Stew Meat (~5 lbs)
  • Ground Beef (~100 lbs)

Variety meats, if desired, such as liver, heart, tongue, and oxtail.
Brisket & Flank will automatically be ground unless requested.

  • 2 Rack Spare Ribs (~4 lbs)
  • 2 Hocks (~5 lbs)
  • Bacon (~10 lbs)
  • Ground Pork/Sausage (~20 lbs)
