Some farmers and ranchers produce specialty breeds or types of animals and wish to market their own product directly to consumers. We will take their live animals (beef, pork, lamb, goat, bison) and process them into consumable cuts and products that can be marketed directly to restaurants, farmers markets and grocery stores.
Our facility is MO Dept. of Agriculture inspected, which enables us to produce a wide range of value added products. Fresh sausage, heat & serve, smoked meats and snack sticks are some of our specialties.
